As the sales results below show, Doug Bohannon has sold more residential real estate than any Realtor in Hillsborough and Pasco Counties as far as the MLS report goes back….from June of 2002 through 2010. These statistics do not just look at one week, one office or one brokerage, but aggregate over eight years of Tampa Bay Multiple Listing Service data.

We do not consider ourselves #1, but we consider our clients #1. While sales results are an indicator, the raw sales numbers are not the only measure of success.
