As her Tampa real estate business grew, Annette confronted they typical challenges that posed by the tradition Realtor business model. She realized that juggling several clients and simultaneous transactions could present real challenges for the average agent and valued clients.
Rather than trying to do everything herself, she set out to have the right people doing the right things in the right ways.
Defying the Odds
After her initial success, Annette started thinking about how an organized system, or lack thereof, could impact the results her clients needed. How could she improve the odds of selling a home for more money, or finding the perfect home at the right price? How could uncertainty and risk be reduced? How could she be sure to ask the right questions every time? How could she differentiate a home from the competition? She observed that many missed opportunities, breakdowns or frustrations stemmed from a lack of listening or the absence of a quality system that worked. Annette became a fanatic about checklists and action plans. The security of knowing that all the required steps were being followed gave everyone peace-of-mind.
Stepping Up
As her success grew, Annette made her business a family affair as her husband and children joined the team. Doug brought 25 years of experience successfully running a small business. Dale brought 11 years of high-tech sales and marketing experience from the heart of Silicon Valley. Laura brought Spanish language fluency, real estate leasing and real estate sales experience.
Working Together
Focusing intensely on a core set of clients allowed Team Bohannon to accomplish the things that really mattered to their clients.
